i installed 3 different versions of PCSX2 and the latest version of Direct X but have the same problem with each one the program never start with me it is even don't tell me what is missing all what i want what should i do to fix this 
Did you install vc++ redist 2013 x86 ?

my system language is English and i think PCSX2 is english too but not sure cause it never open

So what happens? You double click on it and then nothing happens?
