Important notice about private messages, for all users

A thing I'd like to remark, since it happened to me today once again.

If you disable "Receive private messages from other users" in the forum options, then even moderators CANNOT answer your private messages.

haha yeah one guy wanted me to mail him something and had mailing and pms deactivated xDDDDD but I couldn't tell him XD
