Impossible blend for D3D???

Im playing a game that i took an iso from,

problem is it lags bad, and im messing with "adapter/shade boost/FXAA/Shader/8-bit/anti - aliasing/ and GS" settings

but nothing seems to fix the OFF gameplay.. any ideas or suggestions?

And my EE is at 98 - 100% GS around 40-50%

Fifa street 2, and thats what i thought, odd though i didn't this it was that heavy of a game...
