Increasing speed for Rouge Galaxy?

What can I configure to increase speed of RG, I configured some options but I just made it worse...

Here's my system information -

Processor: AMD A10-4600M APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics 2.30GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 6.00 GB (5.42 GB usable)

System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Pen and Touch: No Pen or Touch Input is available for this Display


Yeah it's a Windows 8 laptop. Any tips and help to increase speed?

try native resolution with speed hack

Your system is pretty weak. cpu mostly matters in pcsx2 which is weak here. also laptops arent designed for emulation.
play from an iso, change windows power plan to high performance, keep your laptop plugged in, use frameskips, recommanded speedhacks and native resolution.
but to play pcsx2 nicely get a good desktp.

Also if that's slow you can try playing around with the EE slider, VU slider (just don't set them to 3, try upping 1 by 1) and the MTVU hack,
