Input lag in San Andreas?

i saw somebody talking about the same issue on PS4, so this might not even be a pcsx2 topic, but i still decided to ask
i noticed San Andreas has input lag, while all other games i've played work without any input lag at all
is it normal for this game or it's just me?

many games suffer from this.
try using latest dev build. and fiddle with MTGS queue
