Insert Play Station Format Disc

Hi to all , Please can u help me , i've been searching a solution for weeks , I have a problem with loading the game , It says insert the playstation or format disc like in the picture , im trying to play naruto shippuden ultimate ninja 4 , I've downloadet the game in internet then burned it to iso , but i have this problem , Pls tell me what should i do :/ , Thanx for ur time
