Installation problem

I wanted to install the newest version 1.4.0. After i choose my BIOS and press finish nothing happens.
I still see the process in my Taskmanager, but no window or anything opens.
Everything installed with default setting.

try deleting the GSDX AVX or AVX2 plugins (you can just move them for now if you like) from the plugins folder and see if that helps.

If that doesn't help, try deleting the ar_AR ( i think thats right? something like that) from the langs folder.

I did both things and nothing changed.

ok just as a last ditched check, can you remove the langs folder from the pcsx2 folder completely?
Remember to kill off any processes in task manager before running it again

I killed the processes every time 

Deleting the langs folder did nothing aswell.

hmm damnit.. erm okay...

Where do you have the program installed? is it under program files? can you put it somewhere outside of there if it is, like c:\PCSX2 ?

It's was installed under C:\Program Files (x86)\PCSX2 1.4.0.
Installed it under C:\PCSX2 1.4.0, but it didn't change anything.

It is already late. I will try to install it again tomorrow, maybe it'll work LOL.

I will make a fresh windows installation today(was about time anyways LOL).
