Intel or AMD for Desktop PC
#1
Greetings everyone:

I'm planning on building a new PC, im thinking on building it with an AMD Athlon X4 880k or an Intel Pentium G4400. So, my question is which one would be better for performance. The GPU will be an Asus GTX 1050Ti Expedition.

Thank you.

pcsx2-wise, go for the intel one
About PC games, it'll be roughly the same
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

if your going for PDC get the suffix model number of 6 or better e.g. Gx6xx
Main PC1:i5-4670,HD7770(Active!)
Main PC2:i5-11600K,GTX1660Ti(Active!)
PCSX2 Discord server IGN:smartstrike
PCSX2 version uses:Custom compiled build 1.7.0 64-bit(to be update regularly)

Yeah that's my plan, but also im planning on doing some gaming. In that case, what would you recommend me, the G4600 or the G4620?
