Internal Lag on proper 60 FPS games

I played soulcalibur 3 and the tony hawk series both of which run at real 60 FPS, and both seem to have framerate issues. The emulator stays at 100% speed and there is no audio slowdown, i've tried overclocking the emotion engine but that doesn't change a thing. These game never have fps issues on real hardware for me so whats the problem ?

i7 4770 @ 3.4 ghz

Try the latest beta or/ane overclock the EE from the speed hacks
