Thats strange. It looks like FXAA with really bad settings to me.
Are you sure you have not forced any MSAA/FXAA/AF settings in the Nvidia drivers or other external tools like nvidia inspector or SweetFX?
Also make sure that FXAA/FX Shader are turned off under Gsdx settings.

No MSAA/FXAA/AF in control panel. Also FXAA/FX shader settings are turned off under gdsx settings.

It doesnt look like FXAA, it looks A LOT WORSE man. The difference is almost like DVD vs BD.

Guys, maybe some of you can post your screenshot of God of war 2, for example 1680x1680 (or 1920x1920) internal resolution vs 5100x5100.
