About the implementation of type 5 cheat code

I don't know this is a bug or not, but the first, nobody gives me responses on General Discussion and Support , the second, considering from that the implementations of pcsx2 are mostly the same as the description of the website of other code types, I think the implementation of type 5 code is inconsistent with the description of the website.

As I mentioned in my post above, I'm not saying it's not correct, I just want to know the reason.
