Can somebody help me with these lines?
i want to know if they can be removed pls, my specs are: GC: RX 570 Processor: i3 9100f Ram: 8gb The resolution is on 3x (~1080p)

That's an upscaling bug.
Using merge sprite hack should do it
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 RAM : 16 Go

The game Black has the same problem. I'm not sure this works for GOW (never tested it), but this works for Black:
Advanced Settings and Hacks - Round sprite: Full. Hope it helps. If not, try experimenting with the settings related to sprites.
