#Description: the game do not respond at any keys i press,configured my controller like 10 times so thats not the problem.

an important detail,its that the game hangs up after a couple of minutes in that screen, the console error is "unsupported music format" or "unsupported audio format".

use peops spu2 plugin or Zerospu.
I had the same problem in Wild Arms 5. The audio would freeze and the controler not respond.

I already do that but then the screen is a little green and all the screen is messed up

Well i think my screen splits in half and the upper part goes down i u can understand what i say....

have you try it in hardware mode for sound?

With the gamefix and GSdx software rendering, it should work.
