then do as Kojin suggested.
I don't have this game, so can't check, but it seems to be a normal effect you should see on your real PS2

You can probably sort out the misalignment with texture offsets when upscaling.

yeah, 3x native blurs and shadows, but it's very clear that the blur and shadowing is visible during stage 6.

The "shadows" are a normal ps2 post-processing effect involving bilinear filtering. It becomes misaligned when you upscale. You need to use texture offsets in hw hacks to line it back up.

this is not a normal ps2 effect, do you know the monster attack game? , it's the same game and no blur shadows like that, to be honest it's a bug because the real ps2 doesn't have such a blurry shadow.

if I use the hw hack it will lag, and still it will produce the same blurry and shaded bug.

er... monster attack is a different game, so, i don't get why the comparison would be legit ???
YOu mean you tried the game on your real PS2 and don't get that same blur effect ?

I didn't try to compare it with the real PS2, but I watched YouTube actually on stage 6 of the global defense force, there was no shadow on the body of the player we were playing and the lights of the buildings.

maybe this can be a comparison:

As I'm now explaining to you for the 3rd time, you need to use texture offsets to realign it.

I've found the setting hwhacks texture offset, then what do I need to set it?

I set it like this but still the same blur and shadow : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jPOvPRM...sp=sharing
