Description of the bug:  When using hardware acceleration (OGL or DX), there is noticeable ghosting on the lines on the road.  It's not as noticeable at native PS2 rendering resolution, but very noticeable at higher resolutions.
With OGL software acceleration, this issue is very rarely seen and when it is it's barely noticeable.  For DX software I can't see the issue at all.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried the 'Normal' and both 'Special' settings for the Half-pixel offset. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to make a difference. While I was in there, I also tried the align sprite option, which also didn't do anything.

Edit:

Turns out the Half Pixel Offset does fix the issue, as long as Auto Flush is also enabled. Thanks for your help!
