# PCSX2 version: v1.5.0-dev-2991-g811d8781a-windows-x86
# CPU options: EE/IOP defaults, VUs defaults
# Plugins used: http://up419.siz.co.il/up3/nn2jilyjzytw.png
# Specs: I7 9700K, 8GB RAM. GTX 1060 3GB
# Description: Direct 3D & OpenGL (Software) works fine but you'r forced to play on Lower resolution and that sucks.
Direct3d (Hardware) Gameplay working fine. but part of Cutscenes and all the loading screens are all Shady or dark or whatever you want to call it.
OpenGL (Hardware) Cutscenes fine but the gameplay Drop to 6-7 FPS

Here's a video that showing everything. (the FPS drop you cannot see just to hear the cut sound because Bandicam cannot capture things like that)

Check the ss, lower the blending accuracy to basic, it should be enough.

Didn't work. still getting 6-7 FPS on gameplay (OpenGL Hardware)

Edit:
I was wrong about the FPS. it's 0.53 FPS even worse than it was when it's on the Lower blending you suggested.
But now when I saw that it affects the FPS, i'm using "Ultra (Ultra slow)" on the blending for that game, and it's runing for me on 60 FPS. so no problems now!
But i think that it's still a bug that need to be fixed.
