Invalid [Bug Report] Slow software mode, all games, on a highend system.

So ive had a problem with PCSX2 in that any game I run on it in software mode is super slow and stuttery, I have a highend system, with an 8700K @ 5Ghz, GTX 1080 @ 2100mhz, and 16GBs of ram. It seems like a bug with either the software or how the 8700K deals with software mode on PCSX2, because my 4 year old laptop with an older and slower i7 4810mq and gtx 880m can run games in software mode no problem. even this 8700K desktop I have can run games in hardware mode no problem at all even up 8x sampling, but just software mode, anything I try in the stings, from different bioses, different GSdx plugins, APIs, dx9, dx11, opgl. it refuses to play at a normal speed. enabling the mtvu hack, and enabling more rendering threads, all the way up from 2-12, nothing seems to work, so I feel like this is worthy of a bug report.

as a side note, it would be goo to monitor your cpu temps.
Apparently, your CPU is known to have quite a few heat problems.
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go

Oh I know I've delided it and I have it custom water cooled. It's around 75C at 5Ghz 1.4v under 100% load while a normal 8700K would be hitting thermal limits. It's around 35C while playing PCSX2
