Invalid: [Bug Report] Wallace & Gromit - The Curse of the Were-Rabbit [PAL]

CPU: Intel Core i5-6300HQ @2.30GHz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 960M

PCSX2 version : Official 1.4.0 & 1.5.0 (git revision: 3155278) (Windows 10)
CPU options: EE/IOP and VUs Rounding on Chop and Clamp modes on Normal (also tested EE/IOP clamping to Full and VUs clamping to Extra+Preserve sign)
Plugins used: GSdx MSVC 19.00, SSE4.1/AVX 1.1.0 (tested hardware and software for Direct3D 11)
                    SPU2-X (20190305152806) 2.0.0
Europe v02.00 (04/11/2004) Console
Description : After the first long cinematic, during the loading screen, the game crashes and PCSX2 stops responding before any gameplay. No shaking videos with the interlacing, but even off, the game crashes at this moment, happens no matter what I do, but it seems like i'm the only one to encounter it.

I tried with and without the GIF FIFO one, doesn't solve the problem either

Was it always an issue ? What about older revisions such as 1.2.1 or earlier ?

No but apparently it is supposed to work in 1.4.0, I've seen Parotaku's tests and beside the video bug (half of the screen rendered) and the shaking image, it works perfectly.

Maybe you have some other non standard setting? For me it works everytime, but i own PAL version of game. Maybe VU cycle stealing, or some manual gamefixes?

Also you can enable skipMPEG hack for easier testing, this will skip that long intro movie. Oh and don't use save state, this can also break VU1 for that game.

Edit: I'm using build 2391, and OGL renderer. With MTVU enabled i have exactly the same issue as yours.
