[Bug Report] dragon ballbudokai2[NTSC-U]

# PCSX2 version: 1.7.0
# CPU options: EE/IOP defaults, VUs defaults (also tested EE/IOP clamping to Full and VUs clamping to Extra+Preserve sign)
# Plugins used: pre load Plugin by 
# Description: when upscale Budokai 2 to 1080p or higher then in dragon world mode get graphics bug.

And yes video 5 years ago did test my self bug still happening PCSX2 1.7.0

The game runs perfect if run game at Native res or 720p.

If you're getting graphical errors from upscaling, we recommend you use the hw hacks to try and counter them, there isn't much we can do about it.

if it's fine in native resolution, we basically don't care, upscaling is a hack to make it look "nice" but it doesn't always work seamlessly, this is why the hw hacks exist.

This closed tread it fixed by going down to 720p if run game at 720p runs perfect
