Invalid: Bug on Scooby-Doo Night of 100 Frights Secret Lab Entrance

Hi I am having issues with getting into the secret lab on the above mentioned game. It says online I'm supposed to "bubblegum" the bats but there aren't any bats at all there when there is supposed to be. I think this is a glitch as I've tried downloading the game again and its still the same.

You may appeal this decision by proving that you own the item in question and disposing of any pirated copies. Staff will want to see some visual proof that you own the item (E.g. A picture of the item with your forum username and the current date on a sticky note next to it).
