Currently there's a bug that occur when completing the album. For example, in the Eagle Brook downstream potato farm, talking to all of the folks there will remove 2 of the people in that album. Currently no solutions have been found.

Issue has been solved. Apparently it's a bug with the cheat for "All Albums unlocked". Having the cheat disabled and starting a new game seems to have resolved it.  Biggrin
