Invalid: EECycleRate

I don't know if its just me but I notice you guys made it to where you can put the Cycle Rate any where from 3-99 in the .ini but for some reason every time I put in a number like 4 in the ini, PCSX2 shows it as I set it to 5. and just for ***** and giggle I set it to 99 and it showed some weird character in replace of that. I'm not even sure which number I'm setting it to.
