Invalid: Guitar Hero 3 PCSX2 guitar axis bug

I downloaded PCSX2 today, and then I downloaded the GH3 ISO right after
I started the game, and right on the first "button interaction" my strum bar started going nuts, and it didnt stop until i removed it as the up strum bar
picking the strum bar down works just fine, but the up movement is nuts, and its not my guitar that's broken (even though it's old af), maybe it is but im 100% sure it isnt, since if it was really broken it would go nuts right when I was changing buttons. Any idea what problem this is?

also, if it is truly broken then i'll fix it myself, if it isnt well f it
