Invalid: Lagging / frame dropping while accessing memory card

Hello, im new here..

So I'm installing pcsx2 1.6.0 (before i was using 1.4.0). I can run the game smoothly and i didn't find any issues on it. Until when i accessing memory card

When i accessing memory card, like doing save, or copying file save, or deleting data on memory card, the pcsx2 become lagging and fps drop like its below 10fps.

I tried to deleted my memcards folder i create new one and the problem still there.. any suggestion how to fix this ?
