Invalid: Loadstate error.

I'm getting this error everytime i try loadstate, and it happened after i kept using F3 to load it instead of manually doing it. now it wont let me load it at all.

Is there a fix to this, i've heard someone else having the problem but i wasnt sure if it was resolved.

savestates tend to be unstable.
you won't get it back since it's corrupted.
reload from your last memcard save and try again
