Invalid: Socom II Lan Login Crash

I seem too be having a problem logging in too Socom II Lan I get no errors loading pcsx2 or creating a network settings only thing that seems to happen is the program crashes a couple seconds after I press the login button below I have attached my emulog or if anyone knows if I have a dev9 failure or resolve let me know thank you.

EDIT - I don't think this is Socom II specific just a dev9 plugin or login directly related issue maybe its the game or plugin not sure.
