Invalid: Tekken Tag Tournament Namco Screen

Hello. I recently have downloaded Tekken Tag Tournament to my emulator. I have downloaded from multiple sites and I still get the same problem: every time I'm booting the game, it get stuck on the Namco screen. I am using windows 11 and my version is 1.7.2900. Please help me!
