Invalid: True Crime New York input lag

Im using the newest nightly build and im having problem with just this game, i have fixed the texture issue and it runs fine but the input delay is unbearable and this is the only game that has it for me, i have played The Warriors, Vice City Stories with 60fps and HD texture pack and Mercenaries without issues so i was just wondering if someone else had this problem and found a workaround for it?
