Invalid: sims - contextual menu error

Hi! 
It is my first thread, so I apologize if I made a mistake.

I downloaded all the Sims games, but there are bugs in the game's context menus.

Here are some examples:

Sims 2

Image 3

Image 4

I had to put the links since it won't let me upload the images (I would appreciate help with this).

Similar errors are present in all Sims for PS2:

Sims 2: Castway
Sims 2: Pets
The Urbz: Sims in the City
The Sims: Bustin' Out

The games only have that error, but they have good performance (although it can be improved).
