Hello. I would like to report bug with sound. When I was loading this game with fast boot there was no sound at all (even when I changed settings in pcsx2)
and when I finally get it working, game language was Spanish and I couldn't watch intro cutscene with english subtitles.

So here were my steps to get it working fine:
1. Get PAL version of the game
2. Boot only bios in pcsx2
3. Change bios language from spanish to english
4. Restart pcsx2
5. Do a FULL boot of Jak 3 game in pcsx2
6. Choose english language in menu when game will boot (just before intro sequence)

So doing full boot will fix the issue.

Your PS2 was set to spanish and you're wondering why the game was in spanish? I think you've found your own problem there, the "bug" was you had your language set incorrectly and the emulator did as it was told
