Is Full Screen possible? These are the things I've tried.

Hi. Not new to emulation, but new to PCSX2. Trying to go full screen. Using Windows 10 pc, wide screen tv, and a new nightly build. I've
tried disabling Integer Scaling and/or enabling Start FullScreen, double clicking the middle of the screen, but nothing changes. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This changed the computer screen to full screen but there is still about a 7 inch black border all the way around the game itself.

You can stretch to fit.
Or use a wide-screen patch if available

I have the exact same problem as OP, Widescreen patches don't seem to make any difference at all.
