Should I stick with Linux Mint XFCE or switch to Windows 10 for emulating MGS3 (PS2) on my low-powered laptop? Additionally, can I achieve satisfactory performance by running the game at 720p (16:9) with 30FPS on my current system configuration? I'll be on a work trip and only have my laptop, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
