There were some reports of people having problems with 0.9.6 stable in windows 7 which I never had... but the latest beta (revision 1888) solved that problem. So yes, it works fine on win7

I use both PCSX2 0.9.6 and 1888 on my system with no problems what so ever. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
