Is Pcsx2 open source?

Just a question i wanna ask.... i am learning the python language at the moment and after i am good with it i will switch to C++... but still.. is PCSX2 written in C++,or C, or Perl,or Java, or Ruby, or Lisp, or Lua etc..? any replies and links to source files would be useful
