Is it possible to directly start an emulation of a game in fullscreen in 1 click?

Like the title says, I'd like to know if there is any way I can skip the emulator & console screen and directly load into a full-screen emulation of an .iso.

Is it possible?

I think he rather wants to skip the main gui.

For that you can use the command line. Using the nogui-flag the gs window gets directly opened. You can then as well specify the iso and setting you want to use. If you create shortcuts to pcsx2 with different command args or building your own frontend you can achieve something like "playing after one click"
