Is it possible to disable BGM for a specific game?

Sorry if this post is out of the blue or kinda random, since I'm not sure how active this thread has been (I just joined today), but on the subject of disabling BGM from a PS2 Rom, does one exist for Klonoa 2? And if not, how does one go about making one?

I'd love to disable voices too (Trying to record an fandub of the game), but I'd settle for just having the BGM muted.

Anyone that can help would be appreciated! ^^
