Is it possible to port save data between games on PCSX2?

If two games share data (In the case, moving saves from persona 3 to FES) will that work with PCSX2? If so, how do I do it?

I think it is possible.

FolderMemoryCard supports it according to this commit and FileMemoryCard should support it natively.
