Is my Graphic card the problem ?

Fluctuating FPS is normal. Different scenes require different amounts of processing power to render them.

Quote:Also, I have Vista, I have DX10, but I can't run the emu if I pick DIrect3D 10 at the config,
a window appears saying An unhandled or unrecoverable exception occured
The GS plugin failed to open/initialize...

You have an integrated graphics card; it doesn't support DX10.

Thanks a lot Lady (and everyone) Happy, I tried your settings, made ISO, and it works.
For Persona 3 (and Okami too) at least...because Yakuza is not as slow as before now, but still unplayable.
Anyway, it's ok for the other games now (some short slowdowns sometimes but nothing big).
By the way, will DirectX 10 make everything even better ?
Because if it's the case I'll start thinking about getting Windows 7...

Yeah DirectX10 should be able to help a bit with speed, but better yet it will fix some graphic glitches specially in Persona 3, no idea about the other games tho :P
