I have an AMD A10-6800k with 8,0 GB of RAM. On games like Persona 3 and 4 it works perfectly, but on heavier games like MGS3, despite all of the speedhacks and frameskipping, it won't stop lagging.
Is my PC too outdated to emulate?

It is barely reaching the recommended single threaded performance(1532/1600)for most games and MGS3 requires more powerful cpu
Speedhacks can also case negative effects or\and false fps displayed on the title screen i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM
