Your notebook is really on the weaker side of the moon. You don't have - by luck - another pc around?

What version and settings do you use?

With those specs, you won't be able to have many games running as playable unfortunately. I think Kingdom Hearts is really light on resources, if that's a game you're interested in playing.

Posting settings and your PCSX version may be able to help us to determine any speedhacks you can use to get an extra speed up though.

you could try playing the budokai series, the Budokai tenkaichi series will be unplayable on that rig.

The GIF makes it hard to take a look at one section continuously, care to post images of every single one of them. Tongue ( though, optimizing the settings won't make much difference)

You should better find a real PS2 than playing with this machine, it will be slow, you can still test it.

You might want to turn off manual game fixes unless necessary. Also, try turning off MTVU as you only have a dual-core cpu. Resolution should be kept at native in the gsdx settings, and any postprocessing effects should be off. Try playing with the EE/VU sliders. Turn on high performance mode and play plugged in.
