Is there a GPU for under 150USD that can do 1080p rendering+ AA/etc?

I want all the bells and whistles.

CPU is a 3570k, I just want 1080p rendering with a good amount of AA.

Is there a GPU preferably on Newegg for 150 or less capable of this?

One of those might just do it. I wouldn't count on AA though, since that's buggy and slow anyway (just increase the internal resolution in GSdx instead).

Anti aliasing is an absolute must for me, along with the re-rendering.

I might suck it up and try for a 6870 on ebay if that's better?

I'm aware of that, but I also haven't kept up with PCSX2 for awhile.

I remember Nvidia cards being much better for it in the past, and mostly am hoping ATI/AMD cards are fine now?
