Everytime I play dragon quest, and fight some monsters, the game slow down, is there some fast forward button?, I'm not sure if frameliting is the same, but VBA has a fast forward button, why can pcsx2 have one?

We already told you that your CPU is too slow. TAB is your "fast forward" but you don't have the hardware to support it.
