Is there a way to remap the save and load state hotkeys to buttons on my controller?

Everything else works fine, but I'd like to be able to quick-save and quick-load via my controller.  Is that possible?

Start up PCSX2, then from the menu at the top click Settings > Hotkeys and scroll down to the Save State section and assign whichever keys/buttons you'd like(Click on the gray tabs on the right side to assign keys/buttons.)

I have the following options when I start it up: System, CDVD, Config, Misc, Debug, and Capture. Also none of those drop-down menus give me "Settings" or "Hotkeys".

To be a bit more specific,you need the QT version,not Wx
The QT version have A LOT more things

Settings=>Hotkey
I tried it and I can set any key to load a save state
