Is there any option to set specific settings for each game?

Hello guys! Recently I got a new PC and decided to play my good old PS2 games on it but, there's a problem...

Some games need specific settings to run just fine (Silent Hill Origins, for instance), while others I can explore the settings and get some cool improvements... 
Is there a native way to save those settings (from emulation to plugins) and load them whenever I select a game?
