Is there any way to make text, item icons look better in Dark Cloud 2?

I'm playing dark cloud 2 on pcsx.

I could make this game look great by changing internal resolution in gsdx settings.

However, the in game texts and item icons on inventory screen are a little bit disappointing. ( A little bit blurry and pixelated.)

Of course I can recognize them and I can play the game without problem, but I want to improve it.

Do you know any way to make it better?
