An unlocked and overclocked processor is all you could really need over that.
But that's just concerning the few choice games that struggle with compatibility and speed.
It's not like any recent Core i @ 3Ghz+ would struggle with many games as it is.

A better GPU is not at all necessary,
but would help to avoid a few hiccups with high internal resolution.
Again, just with some games or scenes,
but a 7800 would handle ~1080p territory just fine.

contact them,maybe they not put graphic card still.
tell them to put a better video card in machine !

ur pc is enough powerfull to play most ps2 games in 720p althought some games in 1080p ..,in my experiance my i5 run smackpain in 720p and god of war 1 in 720p well in full speed...

I'm refering to the recommendation of a 7800 series.

Like the GTX 650 that Yash the Gamer uses,
an HD 7750 would have trouble at ~1080p in some cases.

Not that the better card is necessary for PCSX2,
as games really do look that much better by ~720p IMHO,
but the processor does merit a better GPU in typical PC usage.
