2.2 ghz is a bit weak unless you use latest svn with mtvu hack.
What is your gpu ?

Is it a Laptop? Then it will be slower due to heat problems etc.
Well, What game are you trying to play? and Whats the Graphics Card?

Buff, intel Hd graphics card, wait for someone else to confirm, but I think it's not gonna work ok, try at native resolution.
Again, wait for someone to confirm, no idea if it's going to be enough or not, not rly used to that cards.

The Intel Hd graphics cards aren't made for gaming but rather normal every day usage.
The cpu is kindof weak but I'd say the video card is mostly a problem, (gsdx software mode might be better for these cards)

you can probably use it, it might be slow on some games, mileage will vary depending on the game.
