Iso change reset

I don't know whether it should be here or not, but I was wondering about something that has just started happening in latest build of PCSX2. When I change disks for games it resets itself automatically. It may not be a problem most of the time, but the major problem is when I want to try out Action Replay etc. and you finish choosing the cheats, it won't let you change disks with the settings, as it resets the progamme and then opens the game.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Last time you got the swap disc dialog you clicked "dont show this again" so it makes the assumption you are resetting.

There's a "clear all settings" item in the main configuration dropdown list.
