Issue with binding controls

Hello,

I've just downloaded PCSX2 and I've tried to bind my PS2 controller using Lillypad. But the issue is that both left and right PAD (directions arrows and buttons) and binded to their analog stick. For example, if I bind up, right, down, left and then I try to bind my left analog stick, it will overwrite the pad controls. Same thing with the other pad and analog.

I've tried checking "multiple bindings" but that just makes it so both analog and pads are used when one is used. I've tried different controller plugin like Pokopom but I have the same issue.

I'm using a Maxtech PS2 controller with a USB adapter.

Does someone have a solution or any idea ? Cheers

Hello, thank you ! I still have the same issue when using this version. Both pads and analogs have the same action when using the version last nightly version on pcsx2.net. Is that the one you were referring to ?

looks like an old controller.
try using dinput api and remap your controller keys 1 by 1

I have tried remapping my controller keys but that doesn't work unfortunately. About dinput api can you explain to me what that is please ? Thank you

Nevermind I didn't really understood what that did. I saw that it added two new detected devices DInput-0: Twin USB Joystick and DInput-1: Twin USB Joystick, but I'm not sure what to do with it ? Sorry I'm a bit clueless, thanks for your help
