Uninstall PCSX2, reinstall it in a folder that isn't /my documents/ or /program files/ such as c:\PCSX2\
Your CPU is old which leads to think your video card may lack pixel shader 2.0 or above needed to run GS, or you may need to update the directX 9.

The OS is XP, Koji. But that advice to not installing in C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) is indeed Paramount for Vista and Seven.

Ahh you're right Wink Ignore me then.
Not at all, is always good to let people know they should NEVER install games on those "non blessed" protected folders under vista and Seven Smile
Not even PC games.

PS: actually, nothing should be installed in the (My) Documents folder, not even in XP since it is a protected folder there too. But this is not the OP's case, should not be a problem having the ISOs there.

So my pc is too weak to play the game. I know it has pixelshader 2.0 but not 3.0. Thanks for the quick comments though. Shouldn't the game be able to run but just at a slow pace?
